The Degree of Graduates Suitability of the Faculty and Institutes of the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training for the Requirements of Labor Market in Kuwait from Employers Perspectives

The current study aimed at determining the suitability level for faculties and institutes graduates of Public Authority Applied Education Training requirements labor market in State Kuwait from employers’ perspective public private sectors. sample consisted (2018) employers. A questionnaire was used after verifying its validity stability. It applied to an exploratory population which are not included basic sample. results showed that Faculties Institutes country moderate. findings also revealed there statistically significant differences between arithmetic means faculty favour female employers, were found according employer’s graduation organization Authority’s graduates. Besides, both work sector favor sector.
